ok; so you have a Fighter Level ( from 0 to 7 )
that you add to a STR bonus ( from -1 to +7 )
and then you add a roll of 1d20T

(
where
1-5 ---> +1
6-10 ---> +2
11-14 ---> +3
15-17 ---> +4
18-19 ---> +5
20 ---> +6
)

so Fighter + STR + roll should range from 0 to 20

well, I remember from Rolemaster the AC was called AT and ranged 1-20 ( or am I fooling myself ? )

then, how should magic weapons interfere with that score ??

beeh, just add the +s' to formula which becomes:

so Fighter + STR + roll +Magic Wpn should range from 0 to 26
